My notes aren’t uploaded. When are they coming?

We are continuously working on increasing our library of notes. If your course is currently unavailable it will be coming very soon. You can check which courses are coming by clicking courses in the navigation menu or following our social media.

Why can’t I cancel my subscription?

If you have subscribed for one of our premium memberships your subscription will automatically be cancelled after the contracted period. For the premium, early bird and Crammer subscriptions you will make monthly payments for 12 months, 3 months and 1 month respectively.

There are mistakes in the notes. How do I fix them?

Please let us know if you find any mistakes in our notes. You can do this using the chat box in the bottom right or one of the options on the contact us page. A member of our dedicated team will look over the notes in question and fix them as quickly as possible.

I’ve forgotten my username. What do I do?

Upon registration, you will receive an email with your username. If you cannot find this email, it is very likely it was directed to your junk folder. Please make sure you add it to your inbox, so you don’t miss any more emails in the future. If you still can’t find your username, then please chat with us using the chat box in the bottom right. A member of our dedicated team will do their best to help you out. You can also use your email, instead of your username, to log in.

How do I upload notes for my course?
